Die Teilnahme an einem MBSR-Kurs ersetzt weder eine medizinische Behandlung noch eine Psychotherapie, sie kann beides aber ergänzend begleiten. Die Teilnahme erfolgt auf der Grundlage der Selbstverantwortlichkeit. Für die Kursteilnahme sind ein Vorgespräch und die verbindliche Anmeldung Voraussetzung.

Participation in an MBSR course does not replace medical treatment or psychotherapy, but it can complement both. Participation is on the basis of self-responsibility. A preliminary talk and binding registration are prerequisites for course participation.
